SIM receives many payments and those not clearly identified can become lost or confused. We therefore ask you to quote the booking code for the event, followed by your name. Please follow these examples:
New Year retreat 2008: NY08 - John Smith.3) If this is a part payment and you already paid your deposit, notify us by email using our online contact form or directly to contact@siminc.org.au
This enables us to know when you have fully paid.Paying by cheque:

3) We will email you or call you to confirm receipt. Please contact us if you do not hear back within two weeks.
Blind Payments and any problems with the online form:
Please do not make any payment for an event without completing the online booking form. We cannot register you for an event until you have completed this form and you risk missing out.
If you have difficulty with, or do not wish to enter your details online, please email us (contact[@]siminc.org.au) and we will be happy to take your booking or troubleshoot technical issues!
Booking Terms and Conditions
Refunds:
Any payment made on or before the final payment date of an event will be fully refundable in the event of a cancellation.
After this date, no refund is possible except under special circumstances as SIM is required to submit a final list and payment to the venue on this date.Transportation to the venue:
SIM does not provide any transportation service to the venue and is not responsible in any way for the organization of this.
We collect information at booking to establish who needs or can offer a ride and will then seek to put these parties in contact with each other to privately finalise these arrangements for themselves.
Where no rides are available, a regular train service is available and the timetable for this is on the Cityrail website, www.cityrail.com.auPayment difficulties:
As a community organisation, SIM seeks to support its members at times of difficulty to attend our events. Please contact us to discuss this when you make a booking.We regret that outstanding balances on previous events require us to deny bookings until these amounts are settled.
Accommodation at Karuna:
For this event is in renovated railway carriages which provide basic singles and also in dorm rooms.
Accommodation will be allocated in the order of payments received. First to pay will be allocated to the railway carriages and remaining retreatants will be in the dorm rooms.Accommodation at Hartzer Park:
Is in single rooms with shared facilities. Rooms are allocated for us by the venue.Attendance:
